Privacy notice
What this site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Digital Nafta Portal FZCO, the company of Jan Nafta, is responsible for the personal data collected on jannafta.com. IFZA Trade License 78656, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Premises 78656-001, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. Contact: hello@digitalnafta.com.
What the forms collect
When you send a form, I receive what you type: name, email, company, website, role, monthly ad spend range, channels, goal, message and how you heard about me. The form also records the page you sent it from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign).
To prevent abuse, the server stores a salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself), your browser's user agent and language, and the referring page.
Why, and on what basis
I use this data to reply to you, to prepare the diagnostic or proposal you asked for, and to decide whether we can work together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and my legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. I don't sell your data, and I don't add you to a newsletter.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. Nothing on this site is used for advertising. Google Analytics only loads after you click Accept on the cookie banner, wherever you are. Until then, or if you decline, the page sends nothing to Google and sets no analytics cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its cookies (such as _ga) and measures the pages you view, your approximate location, your device type and how you reached the site. Google signals and advertising features are turned off.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie choices link at the bottom of every page. The site also stores two small preferences in your browser: your light or dark theme and your cookie choice.
Who processes the data
The web hosting provider that runs this site, the server and the messaging app I use to get notified about new requests, my email provider and Google (for analytics). Some of them process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long it is kept
Form requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact and then deleted, unless they become part of a client relationship, in which case the contract and the law decide how long records are kept.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, object to its use or ask me to restrict it, and withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. Write to hello@digitalnafta.com. If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
